In solitude of the dawn

I stand here in solitude
Gazing at the rainless cloud,
Unsure of what next is to come.

Fragrance of the shaded dawn,
Softness of the moist grass
And all that my soul longs for.
A lovely day so naive and fresh,
spreading its vivid wings in yellow and blue.
And yet I stand here in solitude.
What is it for me to gather, why you stand afar?
Staring at me with unsaid words.
Words of love, hate or, whatever else.

Do you have an endless tune to whisper?
An intense verve to awaken?
Or, will you fade away too,
like the dusk falling upon the scape?
